Always wanted to try out skateboarding but never got to it? Come join our 1,5 hour 'First Time Skateboarding' workshop to get started! Our experienced and encouraging teachers make sure you'll feel safe and guided every step of the way. Boards, skate shoes and protection gear are available in the park, so you can borrow that for free if you don't have your own equipment!Â
Skatepark Zuidoost is the first queer and women-led skatepark in Europe. We create safe(r) spaces for queer, trans and non-binary skaters, women, girls and aspiring skaters. Our Skatepark Zuidoost sessions are open to all genders, but we ask everyone to be respectful of the skaters that often don't feel safe in regular skate spots.
The workshop is followed by All Wheels Wednesday skate session for skateboards, inline/roller skates and WCMX! Note: no BMX.
