A safe space for FLINTA & BIPOC Communities
Take part in this 1-day friendly tournament, make new football-loving FLINTA (Female, Lesbian, Intersex, Nonbinary, Trans, Agender) & Queer friends, and stick around for drinks and BBQ!
FLINTA Football Tournament is a space for all FLINTA across the spectrum: across identity, ethnicity, or ability, this space is for you to develop in your football journey as players, coaches and referees.
As an adult, we know how difficult it can be to learn a new sport, or just develop your skills. At FLINTA Football Tournament, our aim is to support all levels to play the beautiful game – bringing the fun along with the learning. Because we as a collective need more inclusive spaces to play football & more opportunities to create diverse role models at every level of the game.
Tournament Set-Up
This tournament will be a bit different than others – we don’t have team entries! Sign up as an individual and you’ll be assigned on a team by the organisers. If you have a friend you’d like to play with, you can mention it on the form. We chose this format to encourage making new friends in the community – which also can be more fun and full of surprises.
